Hi friends, my name is Sarkis, I’m a real estate investor with a concentration in creative financing and wholesaling techniques. My focus is sourcing dwelling for first time homebuyers, Senior Housing and Senior Living options.

The reason I am so passionate about real estate is because I’ve realized that the purpose of my life is to spread happiness through entrepreneurship. I geek out connecting the dots between fatherhood, leadership and redefining the meaning of commUNITY development.
