International by vocation, inspired by talent and passionate by people, I have spent the last 13 years working in recruitment & talent, people & career development, and human capital management.

Double Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and HR Management, I´ve started my career journey in the HR Department of Louis Vuitton, a leading player of the luxury lifestyle business. From there I moved to Ireland where I refined my headhunting skillset, working as an International consultant, recruiting for several fortune 500 in different industries (IT, Finance, Insurance, etc.). Finally, I specialized in the fashion & luxury business, recruiting for luxury brands as well as fast fashion players, concentrating on clients like Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Michael Kors, Lancel, Inditex, Desigual, etc.

Since then, I have been hunting for candidates all around the world, placing remarkable talents into a wide range of Métiers within the industry.

Thanks to my unique approach, focused on the importance of my Candidate experience, I have perfected a supportive method to help professionals along their career journey in the fashion & luxury niche industry.

Today, while I manage my team @G&M Fashion Career, I am headhunting for selected roles, & lecturing in several European Universities, Business & Fashion schools exercising my passion for people and teaching.
