Life Experiences:
I grew up in the FL Keys, I’m a Dive Master / Advanced Free Diver!
I’ve been working from age 8! Started learning construction at age 12. At 16 I remodeled houses and fixed cars at my dads auto shop! From 20-25 I started fundraising for non-profits. From 20-30 I started learning marketing and sales while house flipping on the side.
Bought and renovated my house with cash in the 08 crash, 8X value now!
Now:
Looking to invest in MF Apartments.
Growing my publishing business!
The future:
Building an Empire with my wife and 3 kids.
Teach basic financial education to teens and help them grow.
Pulling RYCO into an investment and management firm.
Expansion into generational wealth!
