I am a woman on a mission to empower and release other female high achieving entrepreneurs and celebrities into a world of self acceptance, self discovery and self love, to enable them to REALLY revel in the joys of life, and break free from feeling lost, burnout and disconnected with a life they ‘should’ be loving,

As a Transformational Hypnotherapist and Soul Connector I help people overcome self sabotage and self doubt and tap into their higher states of being so they can discover their true desires and purpose.

Through my business Exquisitely Enough ™ I bring a blend of ground breaking Quantum Hypnosis techniques with Transformational Hypnotherapy with spiritual practices, working to align their Mind, Body and Spirit, in a way they will never have experienced before.
