Yoga retreat centre owner/director Ireland; Iyengar yoga teacher and part time artist. 👩🏻‍🎨
In our converted barn up the hills I created a space for all types of yoga, 🧘‍♀️ meditation 🙃 and other creative & spiritual practices 🙏
We sleep up to 20 people, 👯‍♀️- the big vaulted (but warm) practice space can take up to 24 practitioners. The old stone barn is high up the hills and looks over our young oak forest. 20min drive from the sandy beaches of east Ireland and only an hour south of Dublin. I run the Iyengar retreats & rent the space to other yogi types from Ireland & all over the world 🌎

I teach in my small studio in central Dublin, online for the moment, thank you Zoom ☘️
I passionately believe that yoga is for everyone. I teach all ages, in Iyengar we use props such as bricks, belts bolsters and (my favourite) the yoga chair to allow everyone benefit from the asanas. I feel it’s essential to practice yoga as we age and Iyengar offers the safest way with its emphasis on correct alignment and the rigorous training we teachers undergo. You have to have been practicing Iyengar for 6 years before you even think about applying to do an Iyengar training!!
