Accomplished entrepreneur, an active angel investor, and passionate about building businesses. Graduated from the University of Michigan with Bachelor of Science in Economics. My background is in management consulting and software implementation with over twelve years of experience. I have worked with healthcare payers, manufacturing, supply chain, and software companies to evaluate operations and streamline processes. I have been responsible for building and leading numerous teams and managing various divisions with direct P&L responsibilities. My expertise has cut costs for companies while increasing efficiency and profits.

5 years of Cannabis Retail, Cultivation, and Processing experience. I took control of operations in 2018 for The Reef Detroit. Since then, I have helped reduce liabilities of the company by 95% and strategically expanding the business into vertical integration for increased revenue. Helped develop standardized operating procedures for The Reef and implementing processes that drive growth and efficiency across various divisions. A former Executive Board member of the Michigan Cannabis Industry Association (MICIA), the largest cannabis lobbying firm in the state. The role on the board has helped form new regulations for the State of Michigan. This has also allowed myself to build an extensive network.

I am the Co-Founder of Citridian Consulting which provides digital services to struggling local businesses to increase their digital presence. I am actively involved in two local startup Non-Profit Organizations providing strategy and operations oversight. I am also involved in local charities and philanthropic events to promote early education for underprivileged children/youth in Michigan and Bangladesh.
