I’m Kenya E. Aissa, MS, the owner of Ruby Envy Wellness. REW is a holistic wellness brand that integrates self-care with community wellness and enrichment via corporate diversity and inclusion trainings, and individualized self-care strategies.
I am the author of “Sacred Girl: Spiritual Life Skills for Conscious Young Women”, a contributing author to “Coffee & Conversations: Warm Cups of Self-Care”, and “Coffee & Conversations: Steaming Cups of Audacity, Courage, and Persistence”. I’m also a 200 hr. (soon to be 300 hr.) registered yoga teacher, licensed esthetician, and an award-winning makeup artist. I hold workshops on workplace diversity, women’s self-care, sacred sexuality, & holistic wellness.
