Facing the unknown there is always going to be 2 type of persons:

Those who see it as a threat and on the other hand the ones who see the unknown as a opportunity.

When I was 16, I had to stop playing football after a knee injury. A defying moment that pushed me to change my priorities. I needed 2 years to reflect what I wanted to become. Thanks to my parents, I found an exchange program and moved to the United States. That was the very first time I faced the unknown. I went to school then university and a few years later I moved to Italy for work, then United Arab Emirates, England ... and back to Italy.

During the past 14 years, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands world wide from McDonalds to Marlboro and Jeep in Europe and the Middle-East being an active part in the way they connect with consumers.

Brands need to face the unknown, in exactly the same way we all do and you wouldn't be surprised if I tell you that brands behave exactly the same way as we humans do.

Brands embracing the unknown develop a purpose. Brands with a purpose make our world a better place.

20+ years later I still live abroad, which makes me a nomad. I'm an Entrepreneur and a Digital strategist with international experience helping FMCG brands, operating in highly competitive markets and making their digital strategy perform.
