I have the pleasure of working with business owners to customize a benefit blueprint for their employees. Once the blueprint is created, we are then able to strategically build a benefit offering formed first with a solid, rate table foundation. This foundation is focused on ensuring their employees paychecks are protected in the event of a loss due to a medical event. Once a firm foundation is created, we then continue to strategically build from there, a customized health insurance plan that is designed to fit their needs and budget.
