I love to understand what makes consumers tick, and to remind brand teams that “consumers” are people, too.
I enjoy studying languages, cultures, and conducting research projects, especially ethnographies and documenting them in video.
My desire to understand people fueled a professional passion for research, strategy and communications.
I’ve been very fortunate to work in this field, and with great brand teams that were targeting multicultural or international audiences like Burger King, JCPenney, Nestlé USA, Procter & Gamble, the U.S. Army and Volkswagen to name a few.
