Bio

Rubén develops leadership skills and accompany individuals and teams with change processes. He holds experience of more than 15 years in multinational companies, working in different Leadership and Management positions on the IT sector. Currently, he supports with consulting, training and coaching services as a self-employed.

With his unique approach, he applies the systemic view and listen with full presence to the people and groups we works with. With his experience in different functions (Head of development center, Account Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager, IT, Human Resources and Operations), he offers real knowledge in the dynamics of a company, thus being an excellent partner to accompany his customers to excellence.

Rubén is an Engineer by the “Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya”, Barcelona. He has complemented his university degree with specific courses in Communication and Systemic Coaching (CPI – Communication Pragmatics Institute, ORSC – Organization and Relational Systemic Coaching, PNL Practitioner, PMP – Project Management Professional)
