Having spent several years working in Institutional Finance (Canada Trust, RBC Dominion Securities, Gluskin Sheff and Associates) I came to the realization that I wanted to be in the technology space.

Leaving Institutional Finance at 35 with two young kids, I completed a BComm in technology and volunteered at the Stephen Lewis Foundation for 3 years before I was diagnosed with Cancer.

My journey into technology began as an angel investor/employee for a video platform start-up in Palo Alto for 1.5 years and then back to Toronto at a company that developed an open source smart process asset management platform.

This is where I met my Co-Founder of SIMBL, Mario Salerno. We are just starting our fifth year of business at SIMBL together.
