Bio

I am highly motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering my vision of ‘being the best that I can be’. I can meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt to diverse situations under pressure. I have experience of leading large groups of staff efficiently while also being able to work as a supportive member of a team. I lead by example while always understanding the importance of empathy. I understand the importance of excellent communication skills both with written and verbal. I have delivered speeches to large groups, pitched to clients and meet with candidates. All this requires different approaches and skills.

My main strengths are my passion for succeeding and my enthusiasm for inspiring people. I pride myself on my creative thinking. I look for the magic touches that set me apart from everyone else. I believe in the importance of planning and preparation; each day needs a focus and must be well managed and carefully planned. I am forward thinking and have a innovative mindset. When something is not working, I will find a solution.

I have represented Great Britain in the last 4 World Mountain Running Championships. Winning a Team Bronze in 2017 and Team Gold on 2018. I also hold 7 World Records for Indoor Rowing.

I am a trustee of an amazing charity called Power2Inspire.
