Singing is my Spiritual Practice

• I believe life is improvisation
• I believe singing is every human’s birthright
• I believe connecting through music deepens our connection to each other
• I believe our connection to each other deepens our connection to our music
• I believe sound and vibration are the creative forces of the universe

I lead singing circles where all voices are welcome. In some circles we sing pre-written songs, taught in the oral tradition. In some circles we invent the music together, spontaneously, on the spot.

I teach improvisational singing, where we learn to let go of our self-judgment, to allow music to flow through us

I facilitate Singing Journeys, where we allow our voices to freely express whatever needs to be released from within us, whatever needs to be sung through us.
