One of the most inconspicuous creators of cultural phenomena and the catalyst for some of today's most prolific music artists. For more than a decade of event production, promotion and genre-merging parties in NYC and beyond, Roxy Cottontail gave the world its ears.

Born in Maryland, Roxy came to NYC in 1997 with dreams, drive and a spark; ready to ignite her burning love of music. Roxy became a fixture in NYC nightlife soon after 9/11 by bringing artists and DJs worldwide to their first NYC stages. Roxy Cottontail defined this era by giving Chromeo, Kid Cudi, Diplo, Melo X, Azealea Banks, Mac Miller and many other artists their first opportunity to perform in NYC. Roxy set precedence by taking risks on artists she loved and in doing so, altered the landscape of music forever.

Not just a producer and promoter of artists, Roxy has shared her musical talents by DJing worldwide from Iceland to the Philippines and she has lent her voice and songwriting to records with Armand Van Helden, Larry Tee, Afrojack, The Partysquad and many others. Roxy made history when she debuted at The Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, in July 2011 when she became Sin City’s first imported resident female DJ. A producer, singer-songwriter and DJ, Roxy's music has been featured on TV shows for MTV, The CW, HBO and international placements as well. She has been interviewed on ABC's 20/20 as well as featured as a recurring appearance on HBO's series: How To Make it In America.

A true artist of dimension, Roxy made downtown NYC her sculpture gallery. The clay: nightclubs and venues, her sculpting supplies: the DJs, designers and musicians she loves and music: her ultimate muse but also the colorful texture, weaving together culture from all ends of the earth. Her next masterpiece embodies that era and defines now: "How We Got Hare", a memoir slated for release in 2022 by Applebunny Publishing.
