Theatre director from Sweden. Vlogger. Speaker. Inventer of the creative metod B.A.M. (Body Anchorage Method).

After both my parents died in my twenties I changed my life from being a PhD student in Business to being a theatre director. The tragedy of their deaths helped me set my priorities right.

I could no longer lie about - from experience - that at any time life is over. And I asked myself: What do I REALLY want do do in life?

My main contribution as a director is through “emotional engagement”. Really being alive and feeling life through your senses. Theatre is a fantastic tool for mirroring your souls wishes. To help you reflect about your life. And move you emotionally.

In a sense. It’s life it self. In a controlled form.
