Why do you do, what you do?

Hood Corporate - my law firm is bespoke - we only work with a select number of clients, which helps the commitment and input we give to each of them.

We are business lawyers, but with a mission - ‘Minding Your Business’. Our aim is to do what it says on the tin.

I’m clear thinking and approachable. Give me a knotty legal problem to solve and you’ll make me really happy.

If 10,000 hours makes you a Master of your craft, then I’m knocking on 100,000 hours, with 35 years in practice (and am still loving it).

I’m a lover of wild places; a fisherman; a champion scyther; an occasional haiku poet; a mildly witty person.

I’m interested in Crypto, DLT DAG, DeFi, Angel Investment and Financings, SSAS, JVs, EIS and SEIS, Property and Asset plays, Restructurings and Deal-making in all its forms.
