Hi! I’m a licensed and board-certified mental health therapist and own a private practice based in Nashville, TN.

I help creatives integrate emotional attunement, creative recovery, and neuroscience based healing into their lives.

I also love mentoring and supervising clinical interns and pre-licensed therapists as they build their counselor identity and learn how to help clients ethically and skillfully.
