Roscoe is a native of Detroit, Michigan and he has lived in Harlem, New York for more than seven years. Roscoe is a data-driven professional with more than twenty years of integrated experience in relationship management, education and program development, marketing and messaging, and developing business ideas.
Roscoe has a deep commitment to the intersectional identities he represents and the causes that matter to him most. In 2017 he made history on CBS Evening News and served as a panelist for the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute U=U Expert Panel Discussion in New York City. On October 20, 2020, The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce and NAACP featured Roscoe in a panel discussion: Elections Have Consequences. That same year, he presented at historic Mother A.M.E. Zion Church in Harlem on “Why We Vote” in an Interactive Town Hall.
Roscoe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Morehouse College and a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University. He is a Teach for America alumnus. Roscoe has developed a speaking platform focused on: Intergenerational Communication; Sexing Smart; Health Advocacy; and Pathways to Health and Happiness for Black Men.
