Rosanne has real estate in her blood, growing up in a developers world, master builders since the 1930’s.

She adds exceptional value and expertise navigating her clients through all of their Real Estate needs with ease. This is primarily due to her commitment and follow through.

A forthright, COO, @ a family owned third generation development company where she successfully merges equity participants with high percentage returns on ground up developments. Investment participants receive their money back in less than 1 1/2 years depending on the specific projects.

She also is the VP of Business Development at Everest Abstract Services, commercial & residential Title Insurance. She always has a hands on approach to make sure all deals are performed professionally and successfully.

She has an extremely diverse background where she spent several years representing Landlords and Tenant's in the New York commercial real estate market. She successfully closed millions of dollars in aggregate lease transactions. Prior to her career as a commercial real estate broker she transitioned into the fashion industry as an Executive Administrator to the Group President & VP of Sales at Liz Claiborne. Thereafter, by using her sales prowess as an Account Executive for Juicy Couture International she was an integral part in raising gross revenues by 55+ % year over year.

Rosanne is an award winning producer & creator within the independent film world. She operated a Theatre company in New York City where one of her productions prompted her representation in Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Rosanne's clients continue to engage her in business as she always provides effective and efficient service to successfully expedite transactions.

Her most precious, blessing and love is the birth of her daughter in 2020.
