I’m Lisa Hussain, your healing and growth champion

The world needs more compassion, more opportunities to be heard and better ways of bringing together Western Asian women so that they can Ground, Grow and Expand in their lives. That’s why I founded The Rooted Observer in 2019.
I’ve walked the tug of war line between honouring my Bengali heritage and embracing British culture: I know how much of your energy it can take up when you feel pulled between the two. Being a “walker between worlds” can be an empowering experience, when the right support is in place.

Your partner, children, family and friends all deserve to experience you at your fullest: by choosing you, you are also choosing them.
