After my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at 22, I decided I wanted to find a way to make a difference in the biopharma sector, and for me that was recruiting.
I’m known for having my ear to the ground and being a resource on what’s coming next, as well as truly caring about the outcome for the individuals and companies I match them up with.
At BlueGene Search, we're passionate about serving startup companies in the biotech space: specifically, oncology, genomics/ diagnostics, rare disease, gene therapy, or an emerging tech company centered in healthcare. We focus on growing small teams that deliver first-in-class or novel treatments for patients who have few (if any) options and need these advancements for survival and quality of life.
Our services include executive search, RPO, commercial teams, and recruiting built for the COVID-19 landscape. We are proud to be women-owned.
