Bio

Rohit is an Engineering Graduate in Civil trade and completed his MSc in Construction Management from University of Birmingham, UK in the year 2013.

He is an active socialist. He was also the Vice President of Bharat Parivar (Indian family) society at the Guild of Students at the University of Birmingham in the year 2012-13.
He was also honoured by being an exchange student from Rotary club of Solapur, India to Hungary in July 2011.

He has also been a co-founder of a Start up called SPORTINGO in the Sports & Entertainment Industry opened in Bangalore, hence adding another business segment to the Svamitva Group.


Having a Vision to start an in-house Construction, Project Management Consulting for the group where it would be focused on Infrastructure Projects, as he envisage India has a Bright future for Infrastructure sector.

He started his career as a Site Engineer under Prestige Group, Bangalore. With the Experience in working with various companies and various projects he has developed a skill and professional ability to join his family owned Construction Business. Rohit's interest in the field of Construction and Real Estate with the ability to understand the work has offered opportunities for the Company to grow in Various Sectors.

He has launched two Mega Projects in Bangalore - Svamitva Emerald Square ( A 337 Apartment Project) and Svamitva Terravana ( A 197 Villa Project )
