I started an agency in 2016 with no money, no clients, no team, and no plan (while 2 mo. pregnant) in search of something more meaningful than the 9-5 grind. I then built that business into a multi-six fig venture in 2 years with a talented team of freelance creatives who live and work around the world. My team and I have worked with over 60 companies building purpose-driven and mission-fueled brands. Money is great but my currency is in the joy, freedom and fulfillment of genuinely loving what I do, helping founders and teams find new creative ways to use the same platforms, and still having the time/flexibility to be a present parent at the end of the day.
