In 2016 opened Ichibuns in London .Redefining the fast casual food industry Ichibuns delivered an unforgettable Japanese Americana dining experience with the highest quality food at affordable prices . Winner of the 2018 Restaurant and Bar Design Awards .

In 2019 as founder and creative director opened Michelin starred Endo at the Rotunda a small but prestigious sushi restaurant which received the accolade by Giles Coren in his review in the Times that it was the most perfect meal he had eaten in 20 years .
