Bio

Hi, I am Robert from Australia. I am a father of two who is very passionate about sharing stories.

I have been a lyricist for 15+years. I am not a musician, although I do create melodies to go with my songs.

I like writing for all sorts of genres. Pop, country, rock. I would love to try my hand at rap and jazz as well at some stage. Doing jingles is also fun.

I also enjoy writing lyrics and melodies for other people's music which I have done a few times recently. It is my aim to have songs I have contributed to played worldwide. I imagine being in the audience one day watching an artist perform a song that I have been lucky enough to be part of.

I believe when writing a song that it will tell you when it is complete. And if it's not complete I will keep working on it until it is. Writing about feelings and experiences is something we can all related to.

My inspiration growing up was Billy Joel, The Bee Gees and many individual songs by varying artists such as "Bad Habits"by Billy Field. I fell in love with music the first time I was given a radio.

I guess I just find music uplifting and I love telling stories through song.

I am here to keep learning, improve my song writing and most importantly to work with others to bring songs to life.
