I have over 35 years of experience in the public sector including 20 years as Fire Chief. I have an equal number of years in Christian leadership including Soul Care, pastor/director, coach and mentor. My wife and I work together in the area of racial healing in the context of relationships of mutual honor and respect. Both of us were privileged to serve with, and be mentored by, Dr. John M. Perkins and the late Dr. Richard Twiss, a member of the Sicangu Lakota tribe on the Rosebud Reservation.
