When I became a mom, it rocked me to my core. I thought I would be a perfect mom but I soon found out that it was nothing like I had expected. I was so triggered, angry, overwhelmed, lost and frustrated with the day to day challenges of parenting.

It wasn’t until I found the world of Conscious & Peaceful Parenting that I started to understand why my kids acted the way they did AND I learned why I felt so triggered and often lost my sh*t.

Now I teach the principles of what I’ve learned. I work with families from all over the world to help them find the cooperation they are looking for and how to have more joy and harmony in their family.
