I am a practicing Life Coach, coaching on ‘Clarity and Personal Excellence’, as also a therapist of various healing modalities, in the Holistic living and wellness space.

A practicing Advance-Past Life Regression Therapist, Heal Your Life Teacher (India), Master Practitioner - Neuro Linguistic Programming, a certified ACC Coach (PCC cerification underway) and a Reiki Master, I practice various new-age healing modalities including tools of Psychic reading (Tarot and Angel decks). Family Constellation, Breath work, Inner Child healing are also some of the therapies that I engage in.

As a passionate content writer, I share my lived wisdom over social media handles, with special emphasis on ‘Relationships’, a subject very close to my heart.

I am a woman on a mission to help people grow out of their limiting beliefs, unleash their potential and inspire them to re-align their inner compass to Love and Joy, through my work of Coaching that I offer both as group workshops and one-on-one engagements. I believe what the world needs today is not just cognitively intelligent people with high IQ but intelligent hearts with high AQ ( Adversity Quotient ) which can only be achieved when we make clear choices from the heart.
