A professional bodybuilder, business person and one of the pioneering athletes in women's bodybuilding in India, she won the pro-card from the International Federation of Bodybuilding. She has represented India in some of the many prestigious competitions across the world, like Arnold Classic, Amateur Olympia etc in HongKong, Prague, Czechoslovakia, Madrid, Barcelona and numerous competitions in the National Physique Committee, USA and won numerous National and international accolades.
She is also a three times National Bodylifting Champion and Golds Gym, Miss Fitness.
She is now the only woman IFBB Pro-League bodybuilding Judge from South-east Asia.
She has now pursued her passion for Bharatnatyam and done several performances.
She has been conferred with the title of World Peace Ambassador by the Wockhardt Foundation affiliated to the United Nations.
She writes fitness articles for Krunch today and Fitness Guru. She is also a writer and consultant in bodyandstrength.com and a mentor and guide to upcoming athletes and fitness freaks.
She has been conferred with an Honorary doctorate by the American University affiliated to the United Nations in Women and Child Empowerment
