I’m a Associate Marriage Family therapist. Owner of Me Myself & I First candle Co. a therapeutic Brand company that promotes self care. Also the owner of Dancinwit_PJ Inc.

I work in forensic mental health and love helping others. I specialize in the TAY population (transitional age youth) and work with individuals within the criminal justice system that has some type of mental disorder. I also worked in private practice in the Bay Area Ca. Working with individuals with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, couples, families and children etc.. I’ve worked in elementary and high schools with individuals as a therapist intern. I love what I do and decided to open Me Myself &I first Candle Co. to promote self care through a therapeutic form offering essential products to enhance your self care time to help relax without prescribed medication. I’m a mother of a teen boy who dances and trains in ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop etc.. He danced for the NBA Warriors Junior Dance team and has been on “Bring it” , plays, T.V shows etc.. Which is how Dancinwit_Pj Inc came about.
