Bio:
I have worked in the hospitality & entertainment industry for 15 years through a variety of positions most recently as the General Manager Canada’s only 11 day music festival and for one of Canada’s largest nightclubs.

I truly believe that staff quit managers not companies, with this being said I pride myself in being able to deliver a coaching management style to drive the best out of my team members. I don’t ask an employee to do something I wouldn’t do myself. Win as a team and lose as a team just make sure you fail forward.
