Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1999. Managing Partner of Richard Wee Chambers (RWC), a Law Firm in PJ.

• Appointed to the Panel of Expert of the Ministry of Youth & Sports (KBS).

• Appointed member of the Panel of Expert of the R&D Fund of the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI).

• Appointed regulatory partner of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation’s (MDEC) FINTECH BOOSTER programme, a capacity building platform for Fintech Startups & Companies.

• Appointed Committee Member of the National Sports Institute’s, Sports Technology R&D Funding Committee.

• Appointed by FAM at FIFA’s National Dispute Resolution Chambers (NDRC), sitting in the Appeals Chambers.

• Appointed by Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as member of the UCI Disciplinary Commission and UCI Arbitral Board

• Appointed Member of Taylor’s University Legal Profession Advisory Panel

• Member of the Association Of Anti-Bribery Management System Practitioners Malaysia (ABMS)
