新卒でリクルートに入社
26歳で独立しモバイルのポータルサイトを運営
3年後、サイバードに売却。そのまま社員に。
33歳で再度独立。クイズサイト運営。
39歳で鎌倉新書に入社。同社上場（マザーズ→東証1部）
在職中から不動産投資開始。その後、Exit。

現在
（株）図解では、コンテンツ制作（不動産、金融、葬儀、霊園）と、CRM導入を行なっています。狙ったキーワードで検索上位に入れるのが得意です。

▶︎投資
新築から中古まで、いろんな不動産に手を出してきました。今は土地からデザイナーズ物件を新築で作り、安定した運用をしています。メガ大家。

I am involved in content creation (real estate, finance, funeral, cemetery) and CRM implementation. I am good at ranking high in search results for targeted keywords.

- Investment
I've been involved in various types of real estate, from new construction to used properties. I'm a mega-landlord. Mega landlord.

I write articles for Yahoo! News. Sometimes I get on the top of Yahoo! Japan (ex. three times in total in 2020).
