COVID has taught us we can do more than we ever imagined and faster than we imagined. In February 2020, we were serving 1,500 people a day — today we are serving 2,300! We went from 600,000 meals a year to 1 million.
I’m on a mission to reimagine our facilities so we can do 2 million meals a year. The time is now!
