I bring kids and youths alive through intentional and meaningful actions of love.

I equip ordinary people to become extraordinary humans by building their innate strength, confidence and resilience. I do this through mental and physical training, to develop their skills, abilities and self-belief.

Karate in the context of mental health

Mental health is our level of psychological and emotional wellbeing. It’s reflected in the way we behave and especially the way we deal with anything negative that happens in our lives.

My passion is helping people to cope with adversity by developing physical and psychological resilience.

Martial arts offer a wide range of health benefits with the effects of improving confidence, strength, stability and agility.

Other key attributes to engaging in this health-related combat intervention is reduced anxiety, lowered cholesterol, reduced blood pressure and a lower risk of diabetics but most important, the ability to defend yourself in critical, obscure situations.
