I enable scale in businesses. My work in technology and process transformation has changed the status quo in payments, retail, identity management and blockchain. I 've been named a pioneer in Digital Payments and an OG in blockchain/crypto. Companies I've scaled include Cognizant, Discover Card, Catalina Marketing, UST Global, and dozens of early stage ventures. My work in cryptocurrency started in the late ‘90s and in blockchain since 2011.

📈 I've worked across industries in multiple roles (executive, lead technologist, two public board Director roles) on three continents to enable digital and process transformation creating $100Ms in new revenue. My blockchain fund had a 2019 exit with the sale of TrustedKey to Workday. I am raising a second fund.

✬ Personally, I have identified as a Pagan and a witch since the mid-‘80s. I serve as President of Pagan Pride (in Western Washington) and work with leading non-profits working on pluralism, earth-first religions, gender equality and economic empowerment for all.

I do leadership coaching for executives and startups.

I am a writer and frequently requested speaker for both business and faith topics. I was honored to speak twice at the 2019 World Economic Forum in my role as a priest and venture capitalist.
