As a child growing up, I endured pain, suffering, being socially outcasted by peers, trauma and betrayal at the hands of those close to me. These ordeals left me feeling broken, and allowed me to create a life of self-sabotage by way of constant overeating, alcohol abuse and an ugly pattern of poor decision-making. I ended up weighing over 300 pounds and living a very poor quality of life.
My transformation & restoration journey began in late 2019. After two solid years on this journey, I have lost over 80 pounds and gained so much of my life back! Now the mission is to help other women do the same!
