After hundreds of interviews with the most diverse people in the music industry I'm still as passionate about it as when I just started. I have found my purpose in telling stories and guiding others on their journey within the music industry, focussing on mental health. I am actively working to raise awareness and remove the stigma attached to suicide and mental health issues in the music industry.

As a member of AFEM (Association for Electronic Music) I am focussed on and actively involved in the Health working group. The AFEM Health working group is set up with the aim to help protect mental & physical health of fans & professionals.

As a public speaker, I share my story in the fast and hectic music industry and the importance of learning to set your boundaries in order to avoid excessive stress, fatigue and burnout. I'm passionate about having meaningful conversations with leading and ambitious change makers that have incredible stories to share, inspire and educate us on the effects excessive ambition can have on our mental health.
