My passion and purpose is helping others heal themselves. I’ve officially been in this field for over 10 years now, however, I’ve been doing the work much longer. I was raised eating plant based and with the knowledge and use of various herbs. My motto is ‘Our health is everything’. Anything can be healed and I share my personal healing narrative to help empower others to heal themselves.

Some of the modalities I use are Sekhem Energy Healing, Kemetic Reiki, light touch therapy, deep tissue massage, swedish, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, structural integration, reflexology, shiatsu, acupressure.

I approach all that I do intuitively from an energy perspective. Everything is energy and is always a conscious factor in the work I do.
