Bio

🤎Hi 🙋🏾‍♀️ My name is Cassandre but everyone calls me Cassie. I’m  Haitian 🇭🇹American and my pronouns are she/her & hers . I’m a Pisces ♓️.

🤎I went to Fordham University 🏫 for undergrad and Adelphi University for grad school. I graduated 🎓 with my MSW in 2010.

🤎I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 👩🏾‍🏫 and Life Coach. I specialize in helping women transition to their next phase. What does that mean? I help women accept change as a part  of life and embrace it.

🤎 I started my private practice in 2017 as a way to keep busy. I started with 3 adolescent 👧🏾🧒🏽🙎🏾clients and I fell in love 💜 with working with individual clients. However, when  I met with my first Black woman 🙋🏾‍♀️ client, it was kismet🤩. We had an unbelievable connection and I realized I wanted to work with Black women. This is how Renewed Synergy came to be.

🤎 Renewed Synergy is about finding balance in your life. Many of us lose sight of what is important to us and we need to refocus.  I want Renewed Synergy to become a constant source of inspiration, empowerment, support, and healing.
