Bio

In March 2021, I moved to the UAE, as a Smart City Expert, to lead a local project.

Previously, I was the CEO of City SmartUp a consultancy company located in Barcelona specialised in digital transformation for cities. I have also served for more than five years as a member of the Board of Directors of Leading Cities, from Boston, and, in 2019, I was nominated the International Ambassador of the Operations Center of Rio de Janeiro - COR.

With more than two decades of experience as a global executive in Asia, the Americas and Europe, I have visited more than 30 countries to talk about Smart Cities and advise local and national governments on urban projects. In 2019, I launched the book "The Startup City: a new era of smarter cities" in the Brazilian market.
