Spirituality strengthened the relationship between me and my Lord... love for myself... love for my children... the people that love me!

Spirituality  brings the authenticity out in people that are willing to put that work in...  have to be willing to open your mind inorder to change your perception

Spirituality pulled me out of a dark time in "my life" helped me change by finding my own coping methods

There is no outer-standing without innerstanding know oneself inorder to know others... fulfillment will aid in controlling your own innerstanding
