Here’s a little bit about who I am and what I do with Remedy PT

I have 20 years down as a #physicaltherapist but 200 more years worth of learning to do.

I am honored to be the preferred provider with @pacificaoc_athletics these kids will change the world.

I help athletes of all ages male and female return to their desired goal as I challenge them to see movement differently, and remind them they are capable, adaptable, and resilient.

I treat people with orthopedic injures, sports injures, persistent pain, and pelvic health concerns. While we may clump these as separate entities, #everythingisconnected

A physical therapist bias is often, “I can fix you” but the body and brain are much more complex than that. I had a student athlete tell me the other day, “we have improved.” I responded, “not we, but you!” I believe deeply that you can improve and love being the guide to help you get there.
