Hi,
I am Kate, a real estate broker here in Raleigh N.C. I experienced a very loud intuitive call and pull towards NC at the age of 13. At the age of 17 I followed that guidance and I left Michigan to move to NC to attend college at UNCW where I met my husband, a Raleigh native.

I am solar powered and LOVE the beach, it is there that my soul is happiest. I believe in the good of mankind and am a seeker of truth,to a fault 🙃 I love to play tennis, exercise, cook, and learn. I try my best to practice mindfulness in all that I do and fully believe in the power of positivity.

I adore my job, and feel passionate about the level of service I provide to my clients. I currently work with investors, residential and commercial transactions, first time home buyers and a lot of relocation ☺️
