Bio

I am the founder and CEO of SGO Wellness Institute, an online nationally accredited holistic health metaphysical college, Sacred Goddesses Oasis Wellness Spa, and Adventurous Cuisines a plant-based chef service. I am a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner, Womb Health Yoni (Vaginal)-Steam Practitioner, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, CBD Educator, & author of "Live Life As Meditation" a 21-day Meditation Guide & Self-love Journal, & “Sacred Sexy Sensual Spirit” a Sexuality & Spirituality Book. I help Individual find positive outlets, develop self-love & self-care practices to help move through anxiety, depression, ptsd, grief & release past traumas like emotional, mental, spiritual, & sexual blocks.

 As an Ordained Shamanic Priestess I also host transformational sacred plant-medicine, self-love, self-care, self-healing retreats to help introduce ways to cope with life challenges & stay grounded through Sacred Plant Medicines. I am very passionate about this work as I have used & practiced these grounding techniques to maintain balance after my own past experiences with anxiety ptsd & suicide. This work is very sacred to me and it is my goal to share & help assist those who are ready to embrace change and learn how to manifest a beautiful life from all the struggles & challenges life brings. My motto is healing begins within with "self" & requires a life long dedication of consistently balancing energies of the Mind Body Spirit. Healing is an on-going process, even for healers. We simply pass keys to those along our path to help assist others to move through the shadow-work we’ve experienced. Spiritual Integrity is my main focus as I continue to grow & share my healing journey.
