👉🏽Lost over 72k 💵 on my first 2 flip projects all because of my big Ass Ego! We overcame that shhh to do 120+ rehabs to retail over the next 4 years. Real boss shit 💪🏽

✔️LESSON: always remain humble. Just because you seen success in one niche doesn’t automatically guarantee you success in anything else you do. Get the education! I learned the hard way
