I'm an accomplished businesswoman with diversified sales leadership experience who excels in delivering revenue growth, customer service excellence that constantly strives to exceed KPI and other performance metric objectives.  I am also an active and frequent beauty pageant participant, which I do in my leisure time for personal and philanthropic purposes, which lead me to starting “www.reginemetayer.com.”  This not-for-profit initiative founded from my heart raises the consciousness of Haiti, which is deemed necessary to ensure the well-being of citizens and, most importantly, the children of Haiti.

Growing up I ran track and played basketball and continue to work out periodically to remain in peak mental and physical condition.  I also have a “Zeal” and strong desire to meet and interact with people.  When I am in group settings, people are aware of my "assertive" mindset as I constantly and consistently visualize these interactions as an opportunity for myself to grow personally and possibly even have a meaningful contribution to others too through each social interaction.

I believe my professional background, assertiveness, zeal, social consciousness and spirit of spontaneity are all characteristics that will afford me the capability to take charge and be an effective and amazing leader.  

A leader that is capable of leading now and undoubtedly in the future!
