Right now we are like separate unused parts of a bicycle, serving no purpose separate from the whole. However, when we put all the parts together and when working in tandem,  it turns into a real vessel that can generate a wholesome, sustainable life.
Life is movement: movement of our bodies, thoughts, changes between days and nights, seasons, restoration.

This is not superficial, but a deep rewiring of self which can sometimes be unpleasant. This is because growth and expansion are often hidden where most of our resistance is.
