My team arranges debt as well as raises equity for commercial real estate of all types - multifamily, industrial, office, retail, etc.
CBRE DSF is a global commercial real estate financing platform. We are the top originators for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, etc. for multifamily assets.
Our capital sources also include life insurance companies, pension fund, debt fund, CMBS, etc. We originated over $79 billion loan in 2021, across the US, for all commercial property types.
